What can I do with PayPal Mobile?  PayPal Mobile is another way to use PayPal. Instead of your computer, you use your mobile phone to:

What do I need to get started?  You need a mobile phone and a PayPal account. Although you don't need it, you may want to consider getting a data plan, too.

Is it free?  PayPal does not charge you to check your balance, send payments by phone, or receive money into a Personal account. If you have a Premier or Business account, you're charged the standard PayPal fees for receiving personal payments. Your phone carrier may charge you for text messages, data usage, or airtime minutes.
